mysql user meta – registration

    Hi guys,

    Basically, I would like (without using plugins) to replicate this http://www.developphp.com/view.php?tid=762 using wordpress and phpmyadmin.

    I’d like to add user meta to the sql database and then do a simple registration form with fields matching the new user meta inserted in the sql database.

    Please let me know if this is feasible or/and if there are any good tutz about this out there.
