Hello!
I deal with this problem when I installed a white page with this message

Don’t even connect so does not tell me anything.
Try:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress#Common_Installation_Problems

Would also check your wp-config.php carefully. Check for an error.log in the WP directory.
Otherwise might need some other details. Like OS? Apache or IIS?
Was this immediatly after Install or have any plugins or themes been added?

Your site is not accessible and the stated error message doesn’t mean a whole lot. Potentially it’s throwing up an error in a language that is not translating to plain ascii characters very well.

Check with your host to see if php has mysql support.
