MySQL Errors at Turning Left

I’m getting errors on the administrative end when I add posts at http://www.turningleft.net The posts are eventually added, but I see the following at the bottom of the window while writing. The errors occur during the auto-save of the new post, before publication:

Then, when I hit “Publish,” I get a host of errors:

The problems started after I did the 2.3.1 update through Fantastico in my host account.
