Hi there!

I’ve recently finished intalling wordpress with my hosting service, and when I first tried using it, it worked fine.

Now, randomly, when I try to login to the back-end admin panel,

salemborn.com/wp-login.php

It redirects to salemborn.wordpress.com/wp-login.php (which was the original login, I’m guessing.)

This was my old site, that I made before I realised that it didn’t want wordpress.com, I wanted wordpress.org.

Why is this happening, and how do I fix it?

I tried the link and it doesn’t redirect.

So could the problem be with my computer itself?

It’s weird, because it happens completely randomly, as in sometimes I can log into the wp-login, sometimes I can’t. But mostly, I can’t.

Additionally, when I AM able to log in the admin area, I am logged out randomly.

And salemborn.com still shows my original theme and website (empty), when it should be reflecting changes within the theme.

Edit/update: If I manage to login, I can’t click on anything, because it automatically logs me out and redirects to a another login page with the URL:

firstly clear your browser’s cache history. or alternatively, use browser in incognito mode for time being.

open this link and try to login:
http://salemborn.com/wp-login.php

don’t use https, simply use http.

after you are logged in, go to Settings > General
Check the 3rd and 4th field (WordPress URL and Site URL).
It should be your site’s desired URL in both the fields.

PS: If you decide to change Site’s URL (say adding www etc) and save, you will be logged out and need to login back.
