MY WordPress Collapse Menu is Not working Correctly

    Hi,
    My WordPress dashboard menu is not working correctly. All options are poke to each other and it’s very difficult to navigate to other links. I’m talking about menus like Home, Setting, Tools etc.

    I’ve attached screenshot of this problem.
