my wordpress admin not logging in

    pls, am new with wordpress.

    I was formerly using this for my admin login http://www.theloveissues.com but in the setting i adsuted the url as http://www.theloveissues.com/blog, and ever since then it has refused to log me in it is giving this error message

    Not Found

    The requested URL /blog/ was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/2.2.16 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.16 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at theloveissues.com Port 80

    pls i need help so that i can log into my site and effect some changes, pls anyone can reach me on this email kelejah77@yahoo.com.

    You might not get anyone to help you if you post a message — 18 minutes ago when I read it — and then “bump” the message two minutes after that.

    Please try to be patient. The persons who post messages and answer questions in this forum live all over the world.
