My Website wont update! Help Please

I am having a problem with updating my Website.

When ever a change is made it looks as if it has been updated if I click ‘visit site’, but once I log out of my admin account all changes have reverted back to a previous version.

This is happening on all web browsers and still occurring when the cache is cleared.

Please help, Im all out of ideas!
