I’m sorry you are experiencing trouble. In most cases issues when initially activating this plugin are caused by existing WooCommerce sessions/carts.
You can clear the sessions from via the WordPress dashboard. Under WooCommerce->System Status->Tools Tab click the “Clear all sessions” button.
Please try that and if you are still experiencing issues please provide more information about your setup and some additional data.
