My website is down, please help

Hello guys!

My website http://www.thyroidbox.com is down and I have an error message which reads:

Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

I use wordpress and I reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work. I don’t want to lose my database and all my articles uploaded. I really hope you can help me, I tried everything and can’t seem to make it work.
