My “time” dropdown is acting weird

    you can try to add the following custom css at the end of your theme style.css or using wordpress plugin for creating custom css

    
div.time-picker li {
    padding: 8px 4px !important;
}

    I ended up making it 12px instead of 8 and it worked like a charm 😉
