my site is experiencing a technical issue

Hello,
I’m unable to add a new product or create a new page. When I click add new, the message “Warning: Creating Default Object from empty value error” appears. I also received an email saying that my site is experiencing a technical issue and there is an error with my woocommerce plugin.
I don’t know what to do to fix the problem. Do I need to contact my host? Or can someone here help me with it?
