I will suggest to try with a default theme, may be its a theme issue.
It’s a theme issue but I want to use Shopera so I need a solution from shopera to get the shortcodes to work again. Maybe it only on 4.3.1.
This problem only occurs on Shopera theme, waiting to hear from theme creator
Then it will be better if you post it on the theme support forum.
I figured it out a bit, shortcodes aren’t working on standard post type so for now I’m switching my posts to aside or video
