My reply isn’t showing up

I’m with Caldera forms and I am trying to respond to some of our forum questions, however when I send a response it doesn’t show up and it doesn’t show that anyone has responded, it makes it look like the original author of the post edited it the same time I did but there is nothing there, also when I try to resend the reply it says duplicate response detected. I can’t mark any topics as resolved at the moment because I don’t know if they will be seen. Please help
