My Pop Up Not Working

    Hello,
    I need a pop up to show before downloading a file.
    So i use a divi template, and put woocommerce product list in a page.
    How to trigger the pop up if someone click on one of the product?
    i tried to add the pop up shortcode on product page but its now showing.

    Thanks for reaching out.
    So, we have checked the page you have attached and we couldn’t find any popup over there.
    We have also checked the source code of the website and didn’t see the code of the popup.

    May we know what steps did you take to put the On Click popup using the shortcodes?

    Also, may we have screenshots from the Display Rules and Popup Events sections, please?

    Also, please, inform us of the Popup Builder plugin version you use currently.
