My PHP contact form doesn't work within WordPress

    I’m trying to use a PHP form in my own theme, which I have used on other non-Wordpress sites with no problem. It won’t work on my WordPress site. Submitting, at best, results in refreshing the page. Nothing gets sent. No error messages or anything.

    I think some part of it must be clashing with some WordPress function, but I don’t know an awful lot about PHP. Can anyone help me?
