My high memory usage after adding index.php

    Hello,
    I have a wordpress blog for 2 years, I have no problem with my blog on a share hosting up to last weak. but last weak because of my high Memory usage I transfered to a VPS with 384MB ram.

    I started transfer all of my blog files to the new VPS step by step, and in each step I checked for memory usage! at the end I add index.php and after 1 min my memory was full (all of 384MB) so I deleted index.php and memory was got normal then. (my visitor is not a lot, jut 3000 ip per day)

    so can I ask what is the problem?
