The image (logo.png) is not in this directory: /wp-content/themes/bigsquare/images , try uploading your logo.png to that directory and that should work.

I know what FTP is, I have no idea what an FTP account it. The thing with the header is this, the theme has a section for typing it out along with the tagline but when it appears on the site, it appears as a PNG.
Is there a setting to set your logo? or upload an image to header? I think if your theme has that option, you can set an image to appear in that area..

Recently, I’ve created a blog but I am not comfortable with the theme I chose before, so I’m trying to change to the Big Square theme, but I’ve got the same problem that WamuyuK had… How did you manage to change it?

If it’s a downloaded theme, you should be able upload a new header from within the WP dashboard without having to use FTP.
If you go to the dashboard and click on Appearance, you should get a set of theme options. There should be a button called Customize, Theme Options, or Header that will allow you to upload a custom header.
