I’ve used ninja forms for a number of years now since the last form plugin got taken over and hacked… – these guys have a really impressive plugin that does so much out of the box – I have the paid/pro version as well and what you can achieve is well endless

I have used support a few times and each time its been resolved its usually me not setting things up correctly but also happy to help
