My functions.php has a problem

Hi, I foolishly added something to the functions.php file to fix another problem and even though i backtracked, the file is still not working.

I know it has to do with spacing between functions, but i don’t know where it is. And i don’t have the original template anymore after my computer crashed last month (i know i know i should have backed up the remote files, but any help would be greatly appreciated…)
