My email is blacklisted

For some reason, my email has been blacklisted. I have whitelisted it for my website but
- It says whitelist is only valid for 30 days
- CleanTalk still prevents my email from placing orders
- When click on my email address, the list of attempted websites are my own websites.
How can I remove my email from the blacklist? I also dislike posting this issue on a forum as unwilling to disclose my personal email address on a public forum to fix this. Can I contact CleanTalk PRIVATELY?
