Do you have a backup of your site? If so, reinstall WordPress and restore your site.

I contacted them but they said they can help recover the files.
What I need is to reinstall the wordpress then we can start the installation

Your other (duplicate, now closed thread) says that this happened after you installed Custom Community theme? If that’s the case, you can try just deactivating the theme – you will need to use FTP access to do this – see:
