My Dashboard area is blank

    Please can I get some advice?
    When I login to dashboard for my site http://www.tigrefair.com the screen is blank apart from the menu on the left-hand side?
    I’m guessing that I need to re-install WordPress as I was using an old version?
    How can I do this without losing all my posts?
