My custom posts get the wrong permalinks – help!

    Hi.

    I registered a custom post type named “aaa_portfolio”. Then I created a page which I named “portfolio”, and choose my template “portfolio” for this. The template loops in my custom posts.

    When I go to the page in the backend and check the url, its http://www.myurl/portfolio/, but when I make a post in my custom post they get the url: http://www.myurl/aaa_portfolio/nameofthepost/.

    I dont know what to do to fix this. When I publish the post and click view post, I just get a 404 and end up on index.php.

    Help me!
