My Comments Going to Spam

Everything was fine until I did two things today. One is I upgraded to 2.5.1. Installation seems okay. Next, I tried to install keywordluv which didn’t seem to work, so I backed it out. In the process I was testing the keywordluv widget and couldn’t figure out why my comments were not showing up. I found them in akismet spam. I despammed them but it still is not working. Everytime I leave a comment, it goes to spam. How do I fix this?
