    Hello, my client has been using your plugin for 3+ years, but since the recent update cant take registations any more. Could you please check?

    Hello @nomaddiva

    I see that the Anti-Spam plugin is currently disabled on the website you mentioned. The last installed version we have on record is quite outdated (6.22), while the current version is 6.61.

    We recommend reinstalling the plugin with the Complete deactivation option first. This will remove any old plugin structure and prevent conflicts that may occur with the new version.

    Here’s a short guide to help you with the process:

    1. Enter the Anti-Spam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Follow the installation guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress.
