    The Reason I did these, are the following:

    I wanted to Center both: my Top Primary Nav Menu and My Footer Widgets. Here is a link to my main website: Toolbox-4-Websites . If you are using a Desktop, then drag the right edge of my window to the left. Click both the collapsed Top Menu, and then scroll down to the Footer and look at the Centering of The Widgets. If you are using a smartphone…just review both. Evidently, some Admins prefer the left-justification of menus. I prefer the Centering. My primary concern is for Smartphone & Tablet users. Desktop viewing is a bonus from my point-of-view. You may think differently.
