    Hello,

the plugin no longer showing in the admin page and no longer working at all. I’v tried to re-install it via the admin page and it seems the plugin is already installed (error message : Installation failed : destination folder already exist.). I think auto-update was activated … probably, I’m not sure but the plugin worked fine until now. Sorry for not having more informations.

Do you think I have to re-upload the last version directly in my addon folder via FTP ?

Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad English.

It sounds a little bit like a partial installation – perhaps the plugin didn’t fully install on the upgrade, although I’m just guessing.

If that’s the case, then you probably will have to reinstall. You can either restore your site to a backup from before the update, then re-run the update, or you can delete the plugin (probably via FTP or your control panel, if the plugin doesn’t show up in the admin plugin list), and install from scratch.

Without knowing exactly what happened, I’m not going to hazard a guess about whether you’ll still have your settings, though, using the latter option. You should retain them if you restore from backup and run the update again.

“…restore from backup and run the update again.”, thanks a lot, problem solved.

    Have a nice day.
