My blog options aren’t working

Hi folks. Well it seems I cannot put a photo in the header of my blog anymore. With all these recent updates my site is so hard to handle frankly. if you see my blog you will notice it has photos to help feature the posts. But on this now one there is no option for that when I post. Any ideas very much appreciated
