WordPress does not include any SEO settings by default. Could this perhaps be an SEO plugin?
what seo plugin are you using?
have you made sure it has nothing to do with your cache plugin?
difficult to tell what ‘messed up’ means without the reference of the ‘before’ status.
possibly contact studiopress for support as you are using one of their themes.
this forum here only fully suports themes from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ – http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

No im not sure, the other admin did something, i can’t figure out. Ecverything seems intact. Im using genesis, when i do ‘CUstomize’ and view preview, it looks fine.
I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial themes here.
Try http://www.studiopress.com/support
You could confirm that it’s a theme issue by switching to the default 2012 theme temporarily.

I don’t guess it is problem with the theme, other themes also give the same bug. It’s some error with my settings
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
