    Hello,

    I’m using ultimate member ver. 2.2.5

    I defined a user as editor but when I want to create a new article, it doesn’t appears correctly.

    I receive this message in the body of the article instead of the text I typed:

    [wp_jdt id= »hb9mm_membres.membres »]

    If I’m connected as administrator, and I create a new article, everything is working fine.

    Any typ to correct this?

    Could you please try disabling the plugin “WP jQuery DataTable” and then activate the Ultimate Member plugin? Please test and let me know if you’re still encountering the issue.

    Unfortunately, the plugin was already deactivated. I’ve also tried to deinstall it completely but the problem is still present

    Could you please try deactivating all plugins except UM? Let’s see if there’s a conflict with other plugins.

    OK I’ll try this.

    What I would also say is that I had to deactivate UM to configure correctly the editor and autaur profile.

    I tried to do this directly in UM but the admin screen was not available after saving the configuration.

    Which configuration are you referring to? Let us know if you find the root cause of the issue after deactivating other plugins.
