Hello,
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Test to see if the issue has been resolved
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. Can you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, and check if the endpoint for the lost password is set to lost-password? If it is, but the issue still persists, I believe it’s caused by something unique to your site such as your theme, plugins and/or custom code.

si in advanced è impostato in lost-password ci sono altre soluzioni?

Like Maykato mentioned earlier, this may be caused by an issue with another plugin.
You will need to test this by deactivating all plugins (except WooCommerce) and switch to a default theme, and do a test to see if that works.
If you see that the same issue still appears when your site is on a default theme and WooCommerce is the only active plugin, let us know.

questa prova già è stata fatta appena consigliato con tema storefront e tutti i plugin disattivati eccezione woocommerce il problema rimane!

scusate il ritardo nella risposta sono riuscito a risolvere il problema era dovuto alla cache generata da un plugin chiamato maintenance che andava a generare il file action incriminato
