MxChat Pro and Markdown files

I am in the process of building a new site and have just installed and configured MxChat Pro. I am using Gemini Notebook (NotebookLM) to breakdown PDF’s, Wiki’s, notes and URL’s, pertaining to a specific product line, into markdown files, which are then sorted into Obsidian on my computer. I then need to transfer the markdown files into MxChat Pro. As a test, I tried this process using a 26KB .md file. MxChat has been processing that relatively small file for over 45 minutes. The WordPress site is on a Hostinger Business Account if that makes any difference. I was following the onboarding step by step, with the 4th step being to try uploading something to the knowledge base.

My questions:
1) Should I be skipping the .md creation and just upload .pdf files instead? Is there a preferred file type besides WordPress Content?
2) How long does it usually take for the system to extract and index a file this size? I’m waiting patiently, but am getting concerned that something is stuck.
