Hi there! Does your current theme/page template have a commenting section (for WP Comments). Muut commenting works to replace the default WordPress commenting system, but if the WP commenting system isn’t called on a given page/post, it doesn’t actually have anything to replace. So my first recommendation would be to disable Muut commenting and make sure that WordPress comments show on the page. Let me know either way! 🙂

I’m using Avada theme and the Muut commenting works for “posts” but not working for “pages”. I turned off Muut commenting and tried using the default commenting and sure enough the comments are not showing up.

Got it. After looking at the Avada theme documentation, it looks like there is an option to allow commenting to display on pages (rather than just posts) on the “Extra Options” theme settings. A link to the screenshot of that section that they have is here. Toward the bottom of that first section on that tab you can see the setting “Allow Comments On Pages.” Try enabling that and keep Muut commenting disabled and see if that worked for the default commenting; you may have to enable it for a specific page on the page editor as well, if it doesn’t do it right off the bat. Once/if that is working, try enabling Muut commenting on the page again and see if Muut comments display properly then.
Keep me posted!
Thanks for the quick responses and you helped me to figure out the issue which was in The Avada Theme settings.
