Multisite – Works only on primary site

I’ve enabled the plugin for a multisite install of WordPress, after doing so the Bulk Discounts work perfectly for the primary website, However, for all other sites it doesn’t show up in the products pages, but shows up as active in the plugins page.

I’ve attempted activating it both network-wide and from individual sites to see if that made a difference, but it does nothing.
