Multisite url redirection

I have a multi site setup.. I have 3 sites in my project and there are multiple pages inside each site.
I have one site for journal and I have created a page for forums inside that site.
Now the journal permalink is https://<homepage url>/journal and the forum page link is https://<homepage url>/journal/forum/. I want to change the forum page url to https://<homepage url>/forum/ keeping that as a page in journal site. Is it possible?
