blueridgeadventuretours.heartsgroup.org is not created properly on your HOST. It should point to heartsgroup.org and instead it looks like it’s pointing to it’s own location.

I am trying to fix this by going into the Domain Zone Editor in cPanel. I found that blueridgeadventuretours.com CNAME was pointing to itself as you said. So, I just pointed it to blueridgeadventuretours.heartsgroup.org. It can take up to 4 hours to take effect, so I will let you know if it worked. (I wasn’t sure weather to point it just to heartsgroup.org)
Thank you for responding.

It didn’t work by changing it to point to blueridgeadventuretours.heartsgroup.org, so I will try pointing the CNAME to heartsgroup.org.

Thank you, Mike, for responding to this problem I am having.
This still didn’t work. I am still getting the 404 error when I am in cPanel and try to go to the dashboard of blueridgeadventuretours. Below is what I have set in my DNS Zone Editor first for heartsgroup.org, then followed by blueridgeadventuretours.com. Please let me know if you see anything that should be changed.
heartsgroup.org

You need to work with your host on this. Each one sets up DNS differently, and you not only need to add DNS, but you must add the sub domain to hosts.
