Multisite Sliders and setting not being saved

So before anything..i’ve been trying to update wordpress to 4.1 but where i work at doesnt allow me to update and updating manually is a headache.

anyway…i have a multisite install of wordpress. I recently updated to the new version of meta slider but my sliders work fine for one site but the other site doesnt work.

it wont let me upload, nor save the settings.. i already had to fix an issue in my config file since my tinymce wouldnt load..so idk what else i am doing wrong.
