multisite set uploads_use_yearmonth_folders for all

With the multi-site set up, going to wp-admin/options.php can lead you to the uploads_use_yearmonth_folders option, which I set to 0. However, it appears that I will need to do this for every sub-site. Is there a way to set this option network-wide? Related (OLD) post here.
