I don’t think this is possible unfortunately as each site has their own menus so it would confuse the plugin.
What happens when you network activate it (I’m assuming this doesn’t work).

No, network activate does not spread the settings nor the menu across all sites.
However, what I am doing on the desktop version is using the menu from the main site to be displayed on all other sites. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be applied to the mobile version when using the plugin.
