    Thank you for reaching out and providing us a screencast.

    We see that, while WordPress says the post has been updated, the new metadata is not being saved. In most cases, this is due to a theme or plugin conflict.

    In the screencast, we see that you have a few open updates available, can you please check if the issue persists after you updated your plugins, themes, and WordPress?

    If it does, we would recommend doing a conflict check to check what combination of your theme/plugins creates this issue. The easiest way to do this is using the Health Check plugin troubleshooting mode.
