Multisite or four separate WP installations?

    Hello,
    I would like to ask you for your opinion what could be best for my websites. I have a product that I want to sell to two similar customer groups in two countries. For example I want to sell tyres for BMW and tyres for Audi. I want to use domains like: tyresforbmw.co.uk/de and tyresforaudi.co.uk/de. All sites will have the same design and the difference will be in content (one site will tell it’s for BMW second that it’s for Audi) and in language.
    My question – is it better to use four separate WordPress installations or is it good to use multisite? Thx

    You can server all in One domain Only Under Category !
    Why you want to go for seperate installation .

    You need to decide whether you want to go for seperte website or seperate insatllation , but marketing will be easier if you handle all from one website.
