multisite network options not saving

    I have a problem with role scoper, I use it in a multisite or network setup and I can save options in a site but when I try to change settings on the whole network they don’t save.
    There is no error message, it says: Role Scoper options were updated. But all the options are unchanged. Can anyone help me?
