Multisite Nested Folder Paths & Tinymce

Hi,

I have installed the sunrise.php workaround detailed here https://gist.github.com/badfeather/3f0d5c347fe0ac7a4174 and teh .htaccess fix here http://www.paulund.co.uk/wordpress-multisite-nested-paths so we are able to set up nested paths for our subsites and it all works fine apart from when it comes to editing a page Tinymce isn’t visible and I’m not aboe to switch to Visual mode. Looking at the console in Chrome the .js files aren’t being loaded correctly as the updated sub site path isn’t being used. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
