Multisite hack

I have recently been hacked and managed to rollback my site. I can see my phpadmin files but when I try to login through the dashboard the only menu on the left is dashboard and profile – nothing else. I have done a clean install and reinstalled up to date plugins. I have installed wordfence on my server and looked at wp-capabilities meta value –
a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;} user level 10.

Very confused, dont want to mess the site up as it is visible, but I cannot administer through the dashboard as there are no controls!!!
