Multisite gallery/album administration

    I’m running a WordPress multisite.If I set NextGEN as a default plugin for all my subsites via the network admin dashboard, could I then manage network wide galleries and albums?

    To clarify: My parent site has 3 subsites: A, B, and C. I’d like to create a gallery for subsite A on the parent site. The local admins of subsite A can see and manage this gallery I created. Additionally from the parent site, I’m able to manage/edit this gallery as well.

    Possible? Third-party plugin?
