[Plugin: WP SlimStat] Multisite bug!

I’m running a multisite and when I activated the plugin it was activated in one of the sub-sites for some reason. As administrator, I was not able to access tabs to display stats at all. I inactivated and uninstalled the plugin, deleted the site and tried to reinstall and reactivate it again but it won’t. I receive the following message:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ”option_name’ VARCHAR( 50 ) NOT NULL, ‘option_value’ VARCHAR( 50 ) NOT NULL ‘ at line 2 on line: 257

I’ve the latest MySQL through my web hosting company.
Did I something wrong? Any idea how can I fix it?
