Multisite and new posts not appearing

Hi all

I’m using the W3-TC plugin with a multisite install and have come across a problem.

New posts are not appearing on the home page. I have to clear the cache for them to appear.

So I’m wondering if there are specific settings you need to use with W3-TC and Multisite?

The plugin is Network Activated and managed from the ‘top site’. Is this the right way to do this?

All the subsites are using full domains, and mapped to the sites via the Domain Mapping plugin.

I have noticed in the W3-TC Page Cache settings there is an option Aliases,
‘Cache alias hostnames’ and ‘Additional home URLs’. Do I need to add the domains to this area for all the sites?
