the multiplier icon is still visible – how can this be removed?
Thanks

Can you show me a screenshot of your settings and the page? Because disabling the multiplier in the plugin settings should immediately remove the icon from the prediction sheet.
Antoine Hi
here is the link
https://rbelectrical-services.co.uk/euro/pool/The multiplier is disabled in settings
I have a jpeg of screen shot but will not allow me to upload here.
thanksAntoine Hi
have uploaded a screen shot to site
https://rbelectrical-services.co.uk/euro/football-screen-shot.pngDo you have any extension plugins enabled? Or caching?
Maybe try to disable those to see where the problems comes from.
Antoine Hi
only the extensions for your football pool.
i have tried some css fp.joker {display:none}Is this correct?
but that does not work…I could try another theme….?
I am much better with a trowel…than computers..!anyway its only for friends…and we have a great time
using this plugin…and run it for most big comps
and uk fa.cup.So any other solution would be appreciated with only 4 week s togo
Changing theme does not make any difference.
even though the joker is dis-abled can still click on it
and it changes colour.I honestly don’t know what is happening here. Don’t have a logical explanation or any idea where it could go wrong. Also never saw this behavior before.
One work-around would indeed be to simply hide the image. You can do this with this CSS:
.fp-joker, .fp-nojoker { display: none !important; }But it is a hack and not really a solution.
p.s. I created a user “antoineh” to check your prediction form. You can remove it.
Antoine Hi
Thanks for logging in – !
I have been trying to find the solution during the evening aswell.
Will go for the hack using css..!! – then will use our website (different name) to load
your plugin – only with a basic theme then add the plugins use on euro site and extensions in until
the problems occurs….if it happens…beats me…!
But thank you for your time – its a great plugin….! and gives me a pastime away from laying bricks
all day……..!!…RGds
RyanAntoine hi
the css hack works well – thanks.
