It seems you are running one online shop for several locations.
I have good and bad news. The bad one is that we don’t plan to include multi-location within the free ATUM. It is a complex development as this is not something that was back-coded into WooCommerce.
However, here comes the good news ;-). We are planning full Premium Location add-on for 2018. I cant tell you the exact date as we have tons of stuff to add within the FREE version as well. We want to add the ATUM dashboard, Stock Counts and the App before going ahead premium add-ons.
Hope you can use ATUM for now without this feature.

I need this feature really bad. We have a local store we sell products from and a supply we can drop ship from. It would be great to have both stock levels in the system.

We will do our best to bring all the features up asap, but as you can imagine this is not an easy task. ATUM development schedule currently goes all the way to 2022 🙂

As an alternative, you might consider a robust multi-location inventory/order integration. This would make it easy to manage a product’s inventory in multiple locations in WooCommerce, while also making sure orders are automatically assigned to the correct inventory location!
