Which Bible Search Service are you using? It works for me for all of them but youversion.
Yah, in testing w/ YouVersion search, it definitely appears that it doesn’t support searching for multiple verses, which is definitely a bummer. It DOES support linking to multiple verses, but there’s not a way to get there from a search: https://www.bible.com/bible/59/JHN.4.1-3
Would there be a way to modify the plugin to go to the link rather than the search? Maybe with a hook of some sort?
If you want a link, I suggest you just use a link, <a href="https://www.bible.com/bible/59/JHN.4.1-3">John 4:1-3</a>
